Catalyst INSIGHTS
Welcome to the INSIGHTS section of Catalyst Sport Sciences and Catalyst Performance Camps. At Catalyst, one of our key principles is to support our athletes who attend our camps at the highest level. Each quarter of the year, we will provide some new Insights which we feel are important to the Growth and Development, and by this Support of Athletes who attend our camps. Contributions on these topics in this section of our website that will come from contributions by our Partners, our Coaching staff, our Leadership and from distinguished influencers in the Ski Racing Community from around North America. This will cover many topics that are associated to not only Junior Athlete's, but also Masters athletes. Like anything new, we hope to get feedback, and also realize that this will be something that will mature into some interesting pieces that may include our VLOG, or future Podcasts. We are excited about this step, and hopefully you will also be excited about our "Insights" as well.
