Each of our camps provides the skill development and intensity to help our aspiring athletes take that next step in their competitive pathway. Our In-depth knowledge and 100+ years of combined coaching experience are leveraged in each camp to help athletes get the proper footing to jump to the next level. The CATALYST coaching team works closely with our athletes and our partners to provide a guide for each athlete to pursue their goals and develop the basic foundation for achieving those goals. Each athlete attending Catalyst Camps will have ongoing access to our coaches when they need questions or some on-hill advice. It's part of our commitment to help make the transition from GOOD to BEST

Accommodation

We specifically select accommodation that will support the needs of our athletes while training and living away from home. We evaluate venues based on support for all aspects of our athletes requirements while at Catalyst Camps and strive to keep accommodations as close to the training lanes as possible.

Full Board Meal Plans

Our Full Board meal plans account for all three meals in the day. Food preparation standards ensure that the athletes are receiving the nutrition required while in Camp so they can perform with highest energy levels and keep them focused for their improvement.

Training Camp Lift Access

At all Catalyst Performance Camps, Ski passes are included and come with a quality guarantee in snow and training lanes for Slalom, Giant Slalom and Super G.

Video Analysis with Data Overlay

With the help of slow motion and freeze frames your coach will show and explain you what needs to be improved in your technique. With the use of our GPS Data capture systems and Overlay software platform by Protern.io, the coaching staff will help you train for speed, and what needs to be improved in your tactics and technique.

Coach Analysis and Review with Performance Journaling

During your video analysis you will make daily notes after each training day with your coach, to keep all the important details. During video analysis sessions with the coaching staff, daily notes and review of the days data and video overlay will be captured and stored into the athletes own private folder on the Catalyst Portal site for access at any stage of the season for review.

Warm Up and Cool Down Dryland Programming

Each Catalyst Camps has a focus on proper warm up and stretching before breakfast, and an extensive cool down program after the last raining block unit. These programs are designed for the athletes to use and customize for their own training plans in each of the training and competition phases.

WAX Tuning support from Kuu

Thanks to the cooperation with Atomic and Swix, our coaches are always informed about the latest developments. Thanks to the support of our partner and supplier Kuu Wax, our camps are supplied with various wax supplies for optimal training and ski performance tuning. Kuu which is a supplier to many National Teams , provides our camps with the quality wax products and helps keep our coaching staff briefed on products for the athletes.
