Accommodation

Our accommodation selection for high-performance ski racing camps prioritizes optimal athlete support, focusing on properties within immediate vicinity of the lifts to maximize training time and minimize commute. We meticulously vet locations for superior meal preparation capabilities, ensuring nutritious, athlete-specific menus are readily available, alongside dedicated and well-equipped facilities for ski tuning and equipment maintenance. Furthermore, comfortable and conducive living spaces are essential, providing an environment that promotes rest, recovery, and a feeling of being genuinely accustomed to the needs of elite athletes.

Meal Plan

At the accommodations, our meal prep for high-performance athletes centers on nutrient density to optimize refueling and energy for demanding training days. We prioritize whole, unprocessed foods rich in complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and healthy fats, ensuring each meal provides a complete spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals. This meticulous approach to food quality maximizes cellular repair, glycogen replenishment, and sustained energy release, directly contributing to peak athletic performance and accelerated recovery.

Video Analysis

Our daily video analysis is a cornerstone of athlete development. We use high-speed cameras positioned at critical gates and sections of the course to capture every nuance of the athlete's technique. Immediately after each training block, we review the footage collaboratively, using slow-motion playback and drawing tools to pinpoint areas for improvement in line, body position, and pressure application. This immediate visual feedback allows athletes to directly correlate their feeling with the objective reality of their skiing, accelerating their learning and refinement process for the next run.

Conditioning

To maintain developed strength in the off-season, our "DRYLAND Training" program shifts its focus to sustaining peak physical conditioning and preventing detraining. We emphasize targeted exercises that reinforce the foundational strength, explosive power, and injury resilience built during the competitive season. This ensures athletes retain their performance edge and are primed for an accelerated return to snow, minimizing the need to rebuild from scratch

KUU Ski Tuning and Wax

Thanks to our strong relationship with KUU Wax, our camp athletes have unparalleled access to top-tier ski tuning utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and the full range of KUU waxes, are on-site daily. This ensures your skis are meticulously prepared for optimal speed and grip in all conditions, allowing you to focus solely on training with the confidence that your equipment is dialed in for peak performance. We truly bring the race shop to you, perfecting every edge and base for your success."

Coaching Analysis

Our coaching analysis for High Performance Camps is deeply individualized and data-driven. We utilize a multi-faceted approach, combining high-speed video analysis from various angles, real-time telemetry data (GPS, speed, pressure mapping), and subjective feedback from both the athlete and multiple coaches. This comprehensive method allows us to precisely identify technical deficiencies, optimize tactical execution, and tailor specific training interventions to unlock each athlete's full potential on the snow.

Camp Journaling

Ski racing journaling at our high-performance camps isn't just busywork; it's a critical tool for your development. By consistently documenting your training, you create a personalized feedback loop, allowing you to track progress, identify patterns in your performance—both good and bad—and pinpoint areas for improvement. This detailed record empowers you to take ownership of your learning, accelerate skill acquisition, and ultimately, translate camp gains into podium finishes.

Data Analysis Results Tracking

Our data analysis results tracking with video overlay is indispensable for athlete development. It provides objective, quantifiable insights into technique, line, and timing that even the most experienced eye can miss. By precisely identifying specific areas for improvement, we can tailor training programs to each athlete's unique needs, accelerating their progression and optimizing their performance on the racecourse. This targeted approach eliminates guesswork, allowing for efficient and effective skill acquisition, ultimately leading to faster, more consistent results.

Every Catalyst athlete receives an incredible welcome package of swag, designed to ignite their spirit and signify their dedication. This includes exclusive, high-quality gear that immediately identifies them as part of the Catalyst community. Beyond this initial offering, athletes gain access to our comprehensive online store, a treasure trove of additional products to showcase their pride. Here, they can find a wide array of Catalyst-branded hats, comfortable t-shirts, cozy hoodies, and vibrant stickers. Most notably, the online store features the coveted Catalyst Pin, a unique symbol that not only marks their years of commitment but also grants them membership into a dedicated club of our most committed athletes.

Accommodation

The 4-star Thermal Badhotel Kirchler is situated only 500 meters from the gondola. All athletes will be driven directly to the gondola with the Austria Racing Camps Shuttles – no walking at all is necessary. The hotel owns one of the highest hot springs in Europe and the water is also used in their indoor swimming pool. Relaxation and recreation you will find in the spa area which meets highest requirements. The hotel offers a thermal swimming pool, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, solarium and massage. Besides you can take part on free daily water gym, or just enjoy the silence and the great view from the panoramic pool.

The rooms are furnished in a typical cosy Tyrolean style and offer any comfort of a 4-star hotel with bath or shower, bathrobes, towels, toilet and bath separately, satellite TV with flat screen, safe, balcony, radio and hairdryer. The rooms are all declared as non smoking ones.
