Deposit & Payment Terms

Registration & deposit. A 65% deposit at the time of booking confirms your place. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the camp start date. Registrations made within 45 days of the start date require full payment at checkout. The deposit is non-refundable, as it is committed immediately to secure resort, lane, and coaching arrangements.

Pricing, early-bird & taxes. Prices are per athlete. GST is added at checkout. Early-bird pricing ends 45 days before the camp start date, after which list pricing applies.

IKON / pass holders. Athletes selecting the IKON (lane-only) price must hold a valid IKON, Reciprocal, CWSAA, or Mountain Collective pass and provide the pass number. Passes are verified at check-in; if a pass cannot be verified, the full lift + lane rate applies and the difference is payable.

Cancellation. If you cancel, the 65% deposit is non-refundable. Amounts paid above the deposit are refundable only to the extent Catalyst can recover the corresponding costs from suppliers at the time of cancellation. If Catalyst cancels a camp, you will receive a full refund or a credit.

Credits. Any credit issued is one-time and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Code of conduct. All participants, coaches, and guardians agree to follow the Sun Peaks Resort Clubs / Teams Code of Conduct at all times.

Acceptance. By paying a deposit or camp fee, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Deposit & Payment Terms, which form part of your registration agreement with Catalyst Performance Camps.
